I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but we had to call for help to operate some amenities due to incorrect instructions. The service was accommodating, but there were moments when it seemed like they couldn't hear properly. The location was great for accessing public transportation and food shops, especially being close to Big C. The dining options were a bit basic but good for the price of the room.
